The shoe is very pretty and fits true to size, but is difficult to walk in. The heel is wobbly, feels like it will snap off if you put too much pressure when placing your foot down. Would be a 5 star if the shoe felt more sturdy.Heel a little high, but just the right brown color.These shoes are super cute and look quality. I’m not sure if it’s because I have flatter feet or what, but these shoes make my feet hurt like crazy. They are made to be looked at in, not to walk around. If you need a comfortable office shoe to walk around in, this isn’t it.Love them!!!▪︎ I ordered the dark brown pumps and they are true to color. I'd compare the color to coffee beans.▪︎ I also love that they included a set of replacement heel tips.▪︎ I plan on using an insole to offer a bit more arch support. I could wear them fairly comfortably without the additional support..., it's just a personal preference to have a bit more.▪︎My only real complaint is that I did not get the complimentary gel inserts. I'm going to try contacting them to see if they'll send them to me.☆ I will definitely order more of these. There's so many color options, they're fairly inexpensive and they arrive quickly. Granted, I don't expect them to hold up as well as my more expensive, better quality heels, but again, for the price, I'm ok with that.I was hesitant to buy these after some of the other reviews that I read but I decided to give them a try. I bought the Taupe color which turned out to be more of a tan. The picture looks more nude. Not a big deal though. When I tried them one, they kind of hurt where the shoe cuts on the side of the ball of my feet. I figured with time it would go away. Today was the first time I actually wore them. I had them on for about 10 minutes while finishing putting my outfit together. Then I drove to work which took an hour. My feet hurt the entire time. I don't really want to walk around the office now because of how these feel. I wear heels everyday to work and never have an issue. The gel inserts that they provided will definitely have to go in if I want to continue to wear them. One thing I found weird about these is there is a small stretchy band in the back of the shoe where your heel goes. Not a fan of this. So sadly/unfortunately, I more than likely will not be buying another pair of these.It's good nice shoesHighly recommend these shoes for comfort as well as style.I frequently have to go a half size to a full size up in heels and boots however these were the perfect 7.5They are some of the most comfortable heels i have ever worn, even without an insert. They were not stiff and did not pinch or rub anywhere. I would not recommend for those with wider feet. My feet are slim/narrow and these shoes seem to be a better fit for that shape. This seems consistent across this brand as well. The brown is the perfect dark/light brown, great alternative to a nude heel and the cut out across the arch of the foot makes it very feminine and better than the average pump. The pointed to is not severe and has a slightly rounded look while still coming to the obvious point at the tip. This brand completely blew my expectations out of the water, and they include a pair of gel inserts for the ball of your foot with each shoes you order. I now own several shoes by this brand and want even more. Highly recommend.Hermosos
